Shipping policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada and to the United States. For inquiries about shipping outside these regions, contact us at info@strivonix.com.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on location, carrier volume, and other factors.

        Canada: 3–7 business days

        United States: 5–10 business days

Strivonix is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Free or promotional shipping offers will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

 

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at info@strivonix.com so we can assist where possible.

 

International Orders (Outside Canada)

For customers outside Canada:

        You are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees

        Delivery times may vary and are subject to customs processing delays

        Local consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may apply

        It is your responsibility to ensure the importation and use of Strivonix products complies with all laws in your jurisdiction

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor delivery through the carrier’s website.

 

Force Majeure

Strivonix shall not be liable for any failure or delay in shipping caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, government action, or supply chain disruption. If such an event persists for more than 60 days, either party may cancel the affected order for a full refund.
