30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

        Unused and in the same condition that you received it

        In its original packaging

        Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

 

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@strivonix.com. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return as items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are covered by Strivonix.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@strivonix.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Warranty Returns

Strivonix offers a limited 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover:

        Normal wear and tear

        Damage due to misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair

        Cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the product

Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase to support@strivonix.com.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@strivonix.com.
